The Front Desk Agents and the Supervisor will be the lasting, first impression, for each guest saying at our hotel.
We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests.
Starting Rate - $24.
00 per hour!! Our Hotel offers fantastic benefits!! A pay increase just after 90 days of employment, and an additional increase every year after! Customer service/hotel experience Shifts:
7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Opportunity Full Time Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, overseeing the Front Desk operations, competing reports to include the weekly forecast, scheduling, training newly hired staff members, working with with the General Manager, completing the check-in/ check-out process, booking reservations, answering phone calls, providing recommendations on things to do and places to go in the local area, answering any guest inquires, etc.
Excellent hourly pay rate with opportunities to earn advancement, incentives, overtime, employee referral incentives, etc.
